With a takt time of only 12 seconds per unit and a tolerance of ±0.1 mm, the system minimizes errors, boosts productivity, and enhances product uniformity.
2.1. Automatic 2D laser marking technology
Utilizes Fiber Yb laser 1064nm for precise 2D product identification marking.
Integrated 650nm / 5mW positioning laser source for accurate marking control.
2.2. Automatic pin soldering technology
Employs a 3-axis robotic soldering system with advanced thermal soldering technology.
Ensures accurate solder joints, enhancing durability and product stability.
2.3. AB adhesive dispensing technology
Fully automated mixing and dispensing of AB adhesive with a precision of ±2%.
Adhesive is applied to the circuit board for protection in harsh environments.
Equipped with a drying system for AB adhesive to enhance bonding strength and circuit protection.
2.4. Smart monitoring & control technology
The entire operation is monitored both on-site and remotely via PC.
The system displays takt time, stop time, error time, and production volume, enabling effective process optimization.
