Autotech Machinery JSC officially launches the Smart Factory 2026 Project with support from Samsung, IDC, and the Bac Ninh Department of Industry and Trade, aiming to improve productivity, quality, and operational capabilities.
On July 9, 2026, Viet Nam Autotech Machinery Joint Stock Company officially held the Kick-off Ceremony for the Smart Factory 2026 Project. The event marked an important milestone in Autotech’s strategy to accelerate digital transformation, strengthen its production system, and enhance its competitiveness as the company enters a new stage of development.
The project is being implemented with the support of the Industrial Development Center (IDC), the Bac Ninh Department of Industry and Trade, and Samsung. Through the program, Autotech will have the opportunity to gain access to advanced industry expertise, modern management practices, and proven manufacturing improvement solutions, supporting the company’s ambition to build a smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable operating system.
As the manufacturing industry continues to move toward automation, digitalization, and data-driven management, smart manufacturing is no longer simply a technological trend. It has become a critical capability for companies seeking to improve productivity, ensure consistent quality, and respond effectively to increasingly demanding market requirements.
The official launch of the Smart Factory 2026 Project reflects Autotech’s strong commitment to transforming its production and management practices.
Rather than focusing solely on technology adoption, the project aims to promote comprehensive improvements across the organization, including operational processes, workforce capabilities, data management, and management systems.
Through the project, Autotech will gradually standardize its operations, minimize waste, enhance data transparency, and strengthen its ability to monitor and control progress at every stage of production.

The company has identified five key objectives for the Smart Factory 2026 Project:
This target reflects Autotech’s commitment to improving the level of standardization, digitalization, data connectivity, and production control across its manufacturing operations.
It will also provide a foundation for the company to continue advancing toward higher smart factory maturity levels in the future.
Improving on-time delivery performance will enable Autotech to enhance service quality, strengthen customer confidence, and respond more effectively to project schedule requirements.
Achieving this target requires consistent control across production planning, material supply, manufacturing, quality inspection, assembly, testing, and product delivery.
Monitoring and controlling daily production plans enables the company to identify potential delays and operational issues at an early stage.
The target of achieving an 85% daily plan completion rate will support greater operational discipline, stronger collaboration between departments, and more effective resource adjustment when necessary.
Reducing rework is an important indicator of production quality and process effectiveness.
The target of maintaining process rework at 0.1% reflects Autotech’s commitment to process accuracy, standardized operations, and defect prevention at the source.
It also supports the principle of completing each task correctly the first time, thereby reducing additional costs, production delays, and quality risks.
For a company specializing in custom machinery and industrial automation systems, the timely completion of machined components has a direct impact on assembly, programming, testing, and final project delivery.
Achieving a 90% on-time completion rate for machining activities will help reduce waiting time, prevent production interruptions, and improve the overall reliability of Autotech’s manufacturing schedule.
The Smart Factory 2026 Project is not simply a short-term improvement program. It represents a strategic foundation for Autotech to establish a more stable, transparent, efficient, and flexible production system.
By standardizing processes, digitalizing operational data, and strengthening workforce capabilities, Autotech aims to generate long-term value through:
As a company specializing in the design and manufacture of customized automation machinery, improved control at every production stage will enable Autotech to strengthen technical quality, project delivery performance, and the overall customer experience.
