The whole machine frame is made of shaped aluminum frame, anodized aluminum, chromium-nickel steel, stainless steel, CNC machined parts with high precision to ensure medical standards.

An automatic medical mask production line includes a mask body welding machine and two automatic mask strap welding machines, both of which are manufactured entirely in Vietnam by Autotech.
1. Medical mask body welding machine

Operation process:
Raw materials in rolls will be fed into the support frame of the mask body making machine. The layers of fabric are pulled and stacked into a long strip by the roller system, then these layers of fabric are passed through the creasing roller system and the nose brace cage.
Next, the ultrasonic welding heads have the effect of pulling the strip away, just welding the edge to create a tight and firm fit. The cutting head with the blade attached on the circumference of the roller has the circumference of the length of the mask helps the job of cutting and dividing the fabric strip into masks according to the fixed size after each rotation is done quickly and accurately.
2. Medical mask strap welding machines

Principle operate: Based on the impact of ultrasonic waves, which are inaudible to humans, don’t make noise, creating a safe environment for workers. Operation process:
Transfer the face mask from the mask body machine to the mask face conveyor and automatically put it into the feed tray of the mask strap welding machine, at this stage the machine will perform the mask strap welding process.
The straps are independent winding systems, cutting and welding on both sides at the same time. Thanks to the high-quality ultrasonic welding head to help welding quickly, accurately and ensure the quality of the strap firmly.
